Our Policies
We guarantee our sales items to be as advertised and in working order to the extent we can. If you have a problem, please contact us.
   You may return products within seven days, for cause. You will be refunded your purchase price on receipt of the item. We take no responsibility for shipping damage – we do offer optional insurance on any purchase at a minimal extra cost.
  We prefer payment through PayPal which accepts most credit cards, or we will accept a money order or cashiers check. Merchandise will usually be shipped within two business days after receipt of payment.
  We must charge Sales Tax for any sales in the State of Tennessee – at 9.75%. That’s got to be the highest in the country – and we pay that on food purchases, too. Sorry for the editorial.
SHIPPING
On shipping we have struggled with that to figure the best and easiest way and have finally come down to a compromise – we charge a flat amount calculated on your total order for USPS Ground shipping. Shipping on orders over $200.00 will be shipped FREE! 
 
Please explain this one:
  We ran across this statement on a wholesaler's website and really got a kick out of it. "All Transactions are Final, unless there is probable cause which deems necessary that there are mitigating circumstances which are not warranted to the legitimacy of such a transaction." Is this one of those infamous things written by a Philadelphia lawyer?

Shipping Charges
The following are the rates for shipping and handling: Rates are calculated at USPS ground rates, but will be sent Priority if rate is similar. If your shipping postage is quite a bit more than actual cost (as in a light, high-priced product) we will refund the overage.
